Iraava began with a simple belief: the most memorable journeys aren't booked, they're discovered. We're a collection of homes, hosts and storytellers shaping a slower, more intentional way to see India.
Every property in our circle is visited, photographed and felt before it joins us — and offered at the lowest rate you'll find for that stay, anywhere. Book it through Iraava and you book it for less.

A Note from the Founder
I started Iraava after one too many "nice" trips that felt hollow — resorts that looked beautiful in photographs but left nothing behind. I wanted to build the opposite: a company that treats every stay as a story worth telling, where the host is as much a part of the experience as the landscape.
We're small by design. Every property we feature has been visited, felt, and chosen because it has something the algorithm can't surface. That won't change.

Founder's Vision
Iraava began as @airbnbhostcommunity on Instagram — a quiet room for hosts who put their soul into rare, beautiful homes and watched it get flattened by the same five photographs the OTAs show for every property. Today, it is a curated booking platform and a media community for the India most algorithms will never surface.
I'm building Iraava because I believe travel in this country deserves three things at once — cinematic discovery, the cheapest honest rate for the same home you'd find anywhere else, and the human warmth that turns a stay into a story. One platform. Built city by city. Pan-India in five years.

For every confirmed booking on Iraava, we plant a native sapling in partnership with a local Indian forest collective — in the terrain your stay sits in. By 2030, that's an Iraava Forest of 100,000 trees across the Himalayas, Western Ghats and the Thar. Every stay you book here, you also plant.
