What kind of properties do you partner with?

Independent homestays, villas, farm stays, eco-lodges, boutique hotels and offbeat experiential properties — typically with 3 to 30 keys. We prioritise character over capacity. If your place tells a story, we'd love to hear about it.

Is there an onboarding fee?

No. We don't charge to feature, photograph or onboard your property. We earn through booking commissions and brand collaborations — and only when you do.

What's the commission structure?

We work on a transparent commission per confirmed booking. Your net rate stays with you — we add our commission and a small platform fee on top, and bundle it into one inclusive price for the guest. You see exactly what you earn before each booking is confirmed.

Who collects the money and when do I get paid?

Iraava is the merchant of record. We collect from the guest at confirmation, hold the funds, deduct our commission along with applicable GST and TDS, and remit your net rate within seven days of guest checkout. You get a clean monthly statement and per-booking receipts.

How is the guest price set?

You give us your exclusive Iraava net rate. We add our commission and platform fee and display one inclusive price to the guest — designed to be the lowest rate they'll find for your home, on any platform, for the same dates. Cheaper for the guest, cleaner for you.

Do I have to take Iraava-only bookings?

Absolutely not. You can continue listing on other platforms, take direct bookings, and run your own calendar. The only ask is that the rate you give us stays the lowest publicly bookable rate for your home — so we can keep our promise to guests.

How long does the onboarding take?

From application to launch: typically 2–4 weeks. The site visit is 24–48 hours; the content production takes another 7–10 days; launch coordination is final.

Can I use the photos and films you create?

Yes — fully and forever. All content we produce is yours to use across your website, social media, marketing materials and partnerships. No restrictions.

Who handles the guest experience on the ground?

You do — that's the soul of the stay. We handle inquiries, vetting, booking coordination and post-stay follow-up. The hospitality and on-ground experience is entirely yours.

What if my property isn't a fit?

We'll tell you honestly, and where possible, point you to platforms or partners that might be a better match. Saying no respectfully is part of how we keep the network curated.
