Cook with the family whose land you're on
From foraging wild spices at dawn to a shared lunch around a wood fire — your host's grandmother's recipe, passed down and now passed to you. You'll cook this at home for years.
Deserts
Dunes, stars and stories after dark
Your host's family has lived on the Thar for three generations. After sunset, they gather around a fire — folk songs, constellation myths, the history of their land in their own words.
